I knew Catrina from serving at the same church together. She is a very kind soul and when I heard that she had her own counseling service I said I had to support. I read an interview she did that gave her testimony and that sealed it! My session with her was beautiful! I was able to talk without feeling skiddish because I didn't know what she would do with the info or that I couldn't trust her to open myself up. It felt great knowing that she has been there and understands the struggles with mental health and now I'm on a mission to get my family mentally healthy with her.
